Adult ADHD Assessment
In a regular 50-minute session Suzanne will talk with you about the problems you are experiencing with undiagnosed ADHD. You will complete a checklist rating the severity of your issues, and if you are diagnosed with ADHD; Suzanne will write an evaluation and forward it to your primary care physician. If you do not currently have a PCP, Suzanne can refer you to a health care provider who treats adults with ADHD.
